    Breezy is a nationally recognized bartender, spirits educator, and innovative force in the hospitality industry, with over a decade of experience crafting exceptional, profitable experiences for guests. Since beginning his career in 2010, Breezy has earned recognition for seamlessly blending creativity with business acumen—developing beverages that are both unforgettable and financially successful.

    With accolades such as but not limited to Rémy Martin BTA USA 2024 and Bacardí Coquito Winner 2025 and featured cocktails in Forbes, Breezy has become a sought-after expert in the world of spirits. He holds a Level 2 WSET certification in sake, is certified in Canadian whisky, and proudly serves as a brand ambassador for both Ransom Spirits and DHOS Non-Alcoholic Spirits.

    In addition to their extensive bartending career, Breezy has collaborated with leading spirit companies to create unique offerings and has developed RTD (Ready-to-Drink) beverages that challenge traditional flavor profiles. His deep understanding of prime cost, demand forecasting, and profitability ensures that every beverage program he manages is both artistically fulfilling and financially efficient.

    While Breezy is affectionately known as “Bar Daddy” at The Pearl Club in Chicago, his work extends far beyond the bar. As Co-Founder of CoPa Hospitality, he specializes in building and optimizing beverage programs that delight customers, meet financial targets, and elevate hospitality brands to new heights.

    With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I’ve built my career from the ground up—working every role in every type of establishment, from mom-and-pop restaurants and sports bars to boutique hotels, Michelin chef–owned concepts, and private clubs serving CEOs, political figures, and billionaires.

    Events are my specialty. I’ve produced a wide range of experiences—from engagement parties and corporate happy hours to Fortune 500 activations, full-scale weddings, and political events like welcome receptions for Political Conventions. No matter the event, my approach is grounded in three core values: operational efficiency, a strong sense of urgency, and a deep appreciation for visual beauty. These principles drive everything I do—from logistics and flow to atmosphere and design.

    My background in the beauty industry sharpens my eye for aesthetics and allows me to create environments that feel cohesive, intentional, and elevated. I believe every event should be both seamless and stunning—an experience that resonates long after the last guest leaves.

    Most recently, I launched and managed the events department for a James Beard Award–winning restaurateur, where my strategy helped generate 50–57% of the business’s total sales in the first two months.
